Return and Refund

Made

You can request the return of the product no later than 10 days from the delivery date. Shipping will be charged to the customer. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, and you must keep the packaging as delivered. Returned products must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. If these conditions are not respected, the product in question will be returned to the sender as it does not comply with the return policies. To start the return procedure, follow the instructions here . If your return is accepted, we will send you the relative shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items that are returned without first requesting the return will not be accepted.

Reimbursement

The refund will be made within 14 working days of receiving the return and the amount, net of any shipping costs, will be credited back using the same payment method

When making a return, we advise NOT to ship the product with GLS, but we suggest using the spediamo.it portal or another shipping carrier
